Cream Property Group was founded by the Owner in 2001. With a sound engineering platform to work from, and the objective of holding the assets long term, Cream Property Group builds structures on a foundation of quality, solid architectural practices, and ergonomics. We cover the full development spectrum in-house with our experienced team including land assembly, planning, financing, development, and, ultimately, active asset management. Our vision is to carry on being the best we can be by creating beautiful spaces for people to work and live in.  We value honesty, respect, and superb service.
