About Us
Cream Property Group was founded by the Owner in 2010. With a sound engineering platform to work from, and the objective of holding the assets long term, Cream Property Group builds structures on a foundation of quality, solid architectural practices, and ergonomics. We cover the full development spectrum in-house with our experienced team including land assembly, planning, financing, development, and, ultimately, active asset management. Our vision is to carry on being the best we can be by creating beautiful spaces for people to work and live in. We value honesty, respect, and superb service. We strive to continually be responsible and ethical investors, landlords, and developers.
Our Properties
Cream Property Group has a total of 120 properties, comprising of 35 000sqm industrial buildings, 3000sqm of commercial buildings, and 11 residential properties. Our AA-grade industrial spaces typically range from 200 to 1000 sqm. Our AA-grade commercial spaces typically range from 90 to 350 sqm. Our properties are unique, extremely upmarket, and are predominantly in secure business parks and complexes.
We endeavor to keep the needs of our future clients in mind when building prime spaces. Our past projects are a testament to the way we have remained true to our philosophy of creating people-first spaces.
